Direct Primary Care

Patients without medical insurance can engage in a preventive and primary care health care program for a monthly fee and an annual commitment.

Accessible

• Location-specific weekday, weekend, and evening hours
• After-hours care and same-day sick visits
• Patient Portal for refilling medications, requesting appointments, accessing test results, and communicating with your doctor
• When you can’t get to the office for a common medical condition, Vanguard eCare telemedicine appointments are available from 8 am to 8 pm.
